Candle Joint accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays
Currently we are only shipping within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Houston, TX shop within 2-3 business days through USPS, UPS, OR FEDEX. Once shipped, your order is usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Tracking information will be sent for all orders once processed. If you just received your tracking email it may take a couple days for our carriers to update the information.
IMPORTANT
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note once a package is entered into the carrier's system the shipping, delivery status, and any missing/lost/stolen packages are no longer within our control. You will need to contact the mail carrier directly.
Inaccurate Addresses
The accuracy of the shipping address provided is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any shipping information that has been entered incorrectly.
Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed. If more than 10 business days have passed since your package shipped without any updates, please email us at contactus@candlejoint.com and we will try to contact the shipping carrier for you to find out any recent updates. We greatly appreciate your patience through these challenging times.
Shipping Damages
At Candle Joint, all our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we understand damage happens in transit. If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please email contactus@candlejoint.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery confirming your shipping address and proof of purchase and we will help you get a replacement.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, you can email us at contactus@candlejoint.com. Upon acceptance of the return, we will process your refund within 10 business days and email you a return notification. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note, if you decide to return any Candle Joint product, a 20% processing/restocking fee will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please be mindful, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy. If your items are not accepted, a refund will not be granted.
