Do your candles or soy melts have cannabis in it?
While none of our candles contain cannabis or hemp, everything we do is inspired by it! From our handcrafted scents to our entire brand creation. Our goal is to normalize the plant & bring light and awareness for a more positive outlook to the industry. Our dream is to see more & more cannabis inspired products to enjoy & experience with all our 420 sessions!
What is your wax made of?
The wax for our candles & melts are made with 100% all-natural soy!
A renewable resource that is grown and harvested right here in the US. Our soy candles & melts burn cleaner & last longer!
Unlike other candle companies that create their products using paraffin, a petroleum based product, or other artificial preservatives that contain toxic chemicals, we Pride ourselves in using only the Best & Safe Ingredients.
Additionally, every candle is vegan, free of artificial dyes, and animal-derived products!

FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.
The FSC certification is considered the gold standard designation for wood harvested from forests.
It feels great to know that no trees are ever harmed to create our Patent Protected FSC certified wooden wicks!
Our 100% wooden wicks are naturally processed and sustainably sourced from FSC certified mills and manufactured right here in the USA!

How long does shipping take?
Candle Joint accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays

What makes your shipping materials 100% eco-friendly?
We love nature & the environment we live in and as a new company we knew we wanted to start off clean & green from the get-go, which is why all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable!
From the shipping label to the shipping tape, to our biodegradable green wrap and everything inside our packaging, including our product box, bags, tissue paper, cards, and labels are 100% eco-friendly.

Where are your Palo Santo Sticks from?
Our Palo Santo sticks come from the forest floors of Peru. All-Natural, hand-crafted, & sustainably harvested, no trees are ever cut down to make these energy cleansing sticks.
Community farmers from Peru collect parts of Palo Santo trees that fall and dry naturally for at least 5 years! The only way for Palo Santo to carry scent and holistic benefits is by naturally aging after it dries. After the minimum time has been reached, master artisans carve the wood to obtain smaller sticks. Each stick is made by hand and cleanses any room with an earthy fresh aroma that brings in all the positive vibes.

How do I use Palo Santo Sticks?
Light the end of the stick
Burn for 30 seconds
Put out the flame & allow embers to smoke
A rich earthy scent will cleanse & fill the air
Bring in all the positive thoughts & energy
Set stick in a fireproof bowl
Re-light as often as needed

How long should I keep my candle burning?
We recommend burning your candle no longer than 4hrs at a time. Your candle should have an overall estimated burn time of 30-50hrs!
Remember to burn within sight, keep away from children and pets, and free of debris.

What makes wooden wicks so special?
Our all-natural wooden wicks create a crackling sound when lit. Each wick produces a beautiful horizontal flame shape that offers a unique burn experience. Vegan and biodegradable, each wick is also sustainably sourced from FSC certified mills.

What are your wood wicks made from and are they treated?
They are made from only 100% Natural wood from Sappy Fruit Trees sustainably sourced in the USA. Adhered wicks are created using a vegan, non-toxic proprietary adhesive with wood species not listed in the CITED appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. They are not treated.

What happens if my wooden wicks don’t stay lit?
Wooden wicks are all-natural and there may be various reasons. We recommend checking to see if the wick is too short or drowning in wax. Also, be mindful of proper airflow and the humidity of the area. The most common reason would be that the wick may just need trimming. You will need to trim your wick before your next burn. We suggest using candle trimmers for a clean trim to remove the top charred wood to ¼ inch. This will allow your all-natural wooden wick to burn longer & cleaner.

How do I use my soy melts?
You will need a wax warmer. Please read & follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Use only tea-light or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Do not add water or oil. When fragrance is spent, allow wax to cool and harden before disposing. Keep away from children and pets. Keep warmer within sight.
What is your return policy?
We hope you never have to make a return but we understand it may happen. If so, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, you can email us at contactus@candlejoint.com. Upon acceptance of the return, we will process your refund within 10 business days and email you a return notification. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note, if you decide to return any Candle Joint product, a 20% processing/restocking fee will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please be mindful, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns.

Can I add my discount code to my order after it's been placed?
I am so sorry this happened. Unfortunately, coupon codes can't be added retrospectively. In order to receive the discount, coupon codes need to be added when prompted during the checkout process.

What do I do if I received a damaged package?
At Candle Joint, all our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we understand damage happens in transit. If your package arrives damaged during shipment, please email contactus@candlejoint.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery confirming your shipping address & proof of purchase and we will help you get a replacement.
What do I do if my package is lost, stolen, or missing?
We are so sorry if this happens to you. You will need to contact the mail carrier directly. We use UPS, FEDEX, or USPS as our carriers and they do a pretty good job helping you locate your items.
Also, remember to accurately enter your shipping address to ensure your Candle Joint package arrives safely to you. Candle Joint is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen packages.

Patents and Trademarks?
Our candles can not be duplicated or reproduced. Candle Joint LLC is the owner of multiple Trademarks protecting our name and our product collection. In addition, our woodenwicks are patent protected. We use a patent-protected license in order to use our FSC Certified Wooden Wicks. In accordance with Section 287(a) of Title 35 of the United States Code, we must notify you that this unique wick technology is covered by over 100 issued patents. For more information Click Here.
